Background
Central Health, a hospital district created under Chapter 281 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, is responsible for providing medical care to low-income residents of Travis County. Their mission is to improve community health by caring for those in need, particularly the uninsured and underinsured.

Central Health aims to establish a formal enterprise-wide recognition program to enhance employee engagement by rewarding quality work and behaviors that align with organizational goals.

Work Details
The contract involves providing an Employee Recognition Software that includes:
1. **Website Configuration**: User-friendly design, branding, accessibility features, mobile access, and communication tools.
2. **Tools & Resources**: Survey capabilities, nomination portals, dashboards for managers, peer-to-peer recognition features, and security controls.
3. **Certificates and Rewards**: Awards for milestones, online reward catalogs, instant recognition coupons, and optional wellness program access.
4. **Program Support Materials**: Welcome letters, promotional materials, training guides, and other necessary documentation for program launch.
5. **Setup and Integration**: Integration with existing HR systems (e.g., UKG Ready), graphic design services, customer support during implementation, and ongoing operational support.
6. **Employee Engagement Measurement**: Reporting functions to track utilization and engagement metrics.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year with four optional annual renewal periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Central Health's facilities located in Travis County, Texas.
