Background
Hidalgo County is seeking qualified respondents to provide an Electronic Health Record (EHR) System and Implementation. The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery within the county's health department. The procurement packet includes modifications and new requirements that must be carefully reviewed by potential offerors.
Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system that meets the specifications outlined in the procurement packet. This includes software installation, data migration, user training, ongoing technical support, and system maintenance. Specific requirements include compliance with federal regulations, integration capabilities with existing systems, and user-friendly interfaces for healthcare providers. Period of Performance
