Background
The Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District (RGCCISD) is seeking proposals for the procurement of electrical equipment, parts, and supplies.

The performance of this contract will take place at locations designated by the Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District, primarily within its facilities located in Rio Grande City, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including:
- Submission of a completed Form W-9;
- A Conflict of Interest Questionnaire;
- Certification that neither they nor their principals are debarred or suspended;
- Compliance with Texas Government Code regarding boycotting Israel and foreign terrorist organizations.
Additionally, vendors must certify their status as either a resident or non-resident bidder under Texas law.
