Electric Vehicle and Other Charging Stations

Background
The Local Government Purchasing Cooperative, known as BuyBoard, is a statewide purchasing cooperative based in Austin, Texas. It serves various political subdivisions including school districts, junior colleges, cities, and counties. The Cooperative aims to facilitate the procurement of commodities and services for its members through an online marketplace.

This Proposal Invitation seeks sealed proposals for Electric Vehicle and Other Charging Stations on behalf of its members, which may include over 1,000 public school districts and numerous municipalities and counties across Texas.

Work Details
The contract will establish pricing for various types of Electric Vehicle and Other Charging Stations that may be procured by Cooperative members. Vendors are required to provide a discount off catalog or price list for supplies, materials, and equipment related to these charging stations.

Additionally, vendors must provide a not-to-exceed hourly labor rate for installation and repair services. The contract encompasses the supply of products as well as installation services as needed by individual members.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with two possible one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance will primarily be within Texas as the Cooperative serves various local governmental entities throughout the state.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with several requirements including: providing an approval letter from each manufacturer for each product proposed; maintaining compliance with applicable laws; submitting a service fee of 2% per Purchase Order generated; and ensuring that their proposal includes all required forms and certifications such as the Historically Underutilized Business Certification.

Vendors must also confirm they do not boycott Israel or discriminate against firearm entities.
