Educational Supplies

Round Rock Independent School District is seeking bid responses for the provision of Educational Supplies. The district will award contracts to multiple vendors incrementally during the solicitation period. Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals promptly. As proposals are received, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open solicitation period upon acceptance of a proposal. This contract supersedes contracts 17-100 (classroom instructional supplies, expiring 6/30/2021) and 18-100 (software & applications, expiring 8/31/2021). All vendors must respond to this new Request for Proposal (RFP) to maintain their opportunity to continue business with the district. Note that software and applications may require additional response documents and a multi-step review. While the district is legally obligated to accept paper bids, we strongly encourage electronic submissions.
