Background
The Clint Independent School District (Clint ISD) is seeking proposals for the E-Rate Network Electronics Upgrades to enhance their technology infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to replace outdated network switches that have reached their end of life, ensuring continued support for virtualization, storage, and critical district applications.
Work Details
The contract requires the provision of two (2) Cisco Nexus 93180YC-FX3 network switches or equivalent models that meet or exceed specified technical requirements. These new switches will replace two existing Cisco Nexus 9372PX switches located in the District’s Central Office data center.
The specifications outlined in the RFP must be adhered to, and any alternative products proposed must include a detailed product comparison to ensure equivalency.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, with an initial term of one year and options to renew for two additional one-year terms, not exceeding a total of thirty-six months.
