E. Allandale White Rock Neighbrhd W&WW System Renewal Rebid

Background
The City of Austin is issuing a solicitation for the E. Allandale White Rock Neighborhood Water and Wastewater (W&WW) System Renewal Rebid.
This project aims to upgrade the water and wastewater systems in the Allandale area, which is bounded by MoPac (Loop 1) to the west, Greenlawn to the north, Burnet Road to the east, and Allandale to the south.
The goal of this contract is to replace aging infrastructure within this neighborhood.

Work Details
The scope of work includes significant upgrades to both water and wastewater systems:
- Water system replacements will involve approximately 8,290 linear feet of water lines in Polygon 225, Sub-area A.
- Wastewater upgrades will consist of:
- Replacement of 1,644 linear feet of pipe,
- Lining of 321 linear feet,
- Performing 3,044 spot repairs,
- Installation of 32 additional manholes.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the solicitation documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in the Allandale neighborhood of Austin, Texas.
