Description

Drone with Necessary Equipment.
Background
Texas A&M AgriLife Research is seeking bids for the purchase of a Freefly Astro Blue drone or equivalent, aimed at enhancing their research capabilities. The goal of this contract is to procure a compact industrial drone that can be integrated with various payloads for agricultural data collection and other research purposes.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following items:

1. **Freefly Astro Blue, or equivalent, Industrial Drone** (1 Each): Compact industrial drone ready for payload integration, including:
- Astro Compact Travel Case
- Astro Drone (with landing gear, props, and Smart Dovetail)
- Hex drivers (1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm)
- 5x Prop protectors
- 4x Spare isolators
- 2x Rubber hole grommets
- Samsung Active Tab 3 or equivalent (pre-configured and installed into controller)
- Doodle Labs RF (NDAA and DIU Blue) 2.4 GHz radio
- Custom padded neck strap

2. **Astro Spare Parts Kit** (1 Each): Includes carrying strap, prop bolt wrench, vibration isolator balls, landing gear legs with hinge, and fastener assortment.

3. **Astro Spare Propeller Set** (1 Each): Includes counter-clockwise and clockwise replacement propellers.

4. **SL8-Air Battery for Astro** (6 Each): Designed for rigorous flights with built-in battery management.

5. **SL8-Fast Charger** (4 Each): Charges one SL8 battery at a time in approximately 90 minutes.

6. **SL8 Travel Case** (1 Each): Holds multiple batteries and chargers.

7. **Freefly RTK GPS Ground Station** (1 Each): Provides centimeter-level location accuracy with necessary components included.

8. **Sentera 6X Multispectral Sensor with Gimbal** (1 Each): For agricultural data collection with specific spectral bands.

9. **Interial Labs RESEPI Ouster 1-64 with Skyport to Smart Dovetail Adaptor** (1 Each): Features multiple scanning modes for precision data collection.

10. **Shipping and Handling Charges**: F.O.B. Destination to Temple, TX 76502.
