Dredging of Quail Cove & Walmart Detention/Retention Facilities

Background
The City of Highland Village, Texas is seeking sealed bids for the dredging of Quail Cove and Walmart Detention/Retention Facilities. This project is part of the city's efforts to maintain and improve local infrastructure in accordance with specifications prepared by RPS Infrastructure, Inc.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the dredging of Quail Cove and Walmart Detention/Retention Facilities. The work must adhere to the specifications outlined in the contract documents provided by RPS Infrastructure, Inc. Bids must include a bid bond of at least 5% from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond within 10 days after notice of award.

Additionally, the contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance that includes provisions such as adding the City as an additional insured, ensuring policies cannot be canceled without 30 days' notice, and including workers' compensation coverage.

Bidder Requirements
