District Wide Roofing Projects Phase V

Scope of Work:
The contract involves comprehensive roofing projects at five (5) Judson ISD campuses or facilities. The work to be completed includes:

• Roof replacement or recovery at the following locations:
  • Judson ISD Administration Building
  • Educational Resource Center
  • Facilities Planning Department
  • J-TECH
  • Salinas Elementary School
• Replacement of low slope roofs with new Modified Bitumen membrane assemblies
• Replacement or recovery of Standing Seam Metal roofs

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by Judson Independent School District (Judson ISD).

Background:
This project, titled 'District Wide Roofing Projects Phase V,' is part of Judson ISD's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its facilities through systematic roof replacement and recovery.

Contract Requirements:
The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of roof replacement or recovery as specified, including the installation of Modified Bitumen membrane assemblies and the replacement or recovery of Standing Seam Metal roofs at the specified locations.
