District-Wide Entry Door Hardening Project

Work Requested:
The project involves district-wide entry door hardening. Vendors are invited to submit proposals to provide all necessary services and materials in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by La Joya Independent School District (La Joya I.S.D.).

Contract Background:
The proposal term will begin upon School Board approval and continue through the substantial completion date. La Joya I.S.D. will select the proposal(s) that offer the best value to the District, following the awarding criteria specified in the solicitation.

Contract Requirements:

• All work must comply with the terms, conditions, and specifications established in this solicitation.
• Interested and qualified vendors must provide proposals as detailed in the solicitation documents.

Submission Instructions:

• All proposals must be submitted electronically via the La Joya I.S.D. e-Bidding website.
• Vendors must register through the "Online Bidding and Vendor Registration" link on the Purchasing Department website: www.lajoyaisd.com/purchasing.
• There is no vendor fee to use the e-Bidding service.
