District Web Design, Development, and Implementation Services

Background
The Northside Independent School District (NISD) is seeking proposals for District Web Design, Development, and Implementation Services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the District's online presence and functionality through professional web services. This initiative aligns with NISD's mission to provide quality education and resources to its community.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive web design, development, and implementation services. This includes but is not limited to:

- Creating a user-friendly website that meets the needs of students, parents, and staff.
- Ensuring the website is accessible and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Integrating necessary functionalities such as online registration, event calendars, and communication tools.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- Training District staff on website management.

Proposals must include detailed descriptions of the services offered, timelines for completion, and pricing structures.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon approval by the Board of Trustees and will be valid for three (3) years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Northside Independent School District located in San Antonio, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Vendors are required to submit a certificate of insurance demonstrating compliance with specified coverage levels. Additionally, vendors must complete various certifications regarding debarment status, felony conviction notifications, non-collusion statements, conflict of interest disclosures, and compliance with federal regulations related to contracting.
