Background
The University of Texas at Austin is seeking proposals for Display & Data Services for Track & Field Events. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive display and data services that enhance the experience of track and field events, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination to participants and spectators.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing display and data services which include:
1. Setup and operation of electronic displays for event results, schedules, and other relevant information.
2. Integration of timing systems with display technology to ensure real-time updates during events.
3. Maintenance and technical support for all display equipment throughout the duration of the events.
4. Coordination with event organizers to ensure all data displayed is accurate and up-to-date.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue through the duration of the track and field events scheduled from December 2025 onwards.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations as designated by The University of Texas at Austin during their track and field events.

Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all addenda issued pertaining to this Request for Proposal (RFP). They are required to submit a Subcontracting Plan via B2Gnow if applicable, as well as complete various questionnaires related to compliance with accessibility standards.
