Diploma Printing Services

Background
The University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) is a prominent institution located on a 524-acre wildlife and nature preserve, serving a diverse student population. The university has awarded over 53,000 degrees since its inception in 1974 and offers more than 80 undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

The Office of the Registrar is seeking proposals for diploma printing services to meet the needs of its graduating students.

Work Details
The contract involves the printing of diplomas and certificates on an as-needed basis. Respondents are encouraged to propose arrangements that maximize benefits to the University in terms of service quality, overall cost, and project management expertise.

Proposals should include details about educational, state, and local government discounts available to the University. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all specifications outlined in the RFP.

Period of Performance
The expected term of the contract will be three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms, totaling a maximum of five (5) years.

Services will be performed at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, located at 2700 Bay Area Blvd., Houston, Texas 77058.
