Digester Mixing Pump Parts

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking quotes for the supply of Digester Mixing Pump Parts. The work of this contract involves providing new, unused, and recently manufactured parts that are suitable for their intended purpose. All materials supplied must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, and any materials that fail to meet these requirements may be rejected, with no payment made for rejected items. Delivery and freight charges must be included in the pricing, with all items shipped F.O.B. Destination. This solicitation is issued by the San Antonio Water System. The background of this contract is to procure Digester Mixing Pump Parts for use at the SAWS facility located at 2800 U.S. Hwy. 281 North, San Antonio, TX 78212. Contract requirements specify that each item listed will be awarded to the bidder providing the overall lowest qualified bid, considering both the base year and any extensions if applicable. SAWS reserves the right to award the RFQ to a single source. The terms and conditions for this RFQ and any resulting purchase order will be governed by the Terms and Conditions document found on the Attachments Tab. All materials must be new, unused, and suitable for their intended purpose. Shipping/freight must be included in the quoted price.
