The contract includes the supply of one Diesel Particulate Filter Oven, specifically the FILTERTHERM model FTMZ4403A or an agency-approved equivalent. Key specifications include:

- Internal dimensions: 34"H (with stainless steel grate) x 36"W x 34"D
- Footprint: 70"H x 64"W x 68"D (door open)
- Capacity: Extra large oven capable of accommodating 6-9 filters at once
- Features: Cool touch technology, temperature-controlled door lock, auto shutoff for over-temperature conditions, and user prevention with pass codes.

The oven shall also include a FILTERTHERM inspection table and calibrated scale. Additionally, a FILTERTHERM GEN 2 pulse cleaner is required with a maximum process time of 20 minutes and specific electrical requirements.
