Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a minimum of seven years’ experience with projects of similar size and scope. They are required to submit six references from previous jobs where they acted as general contractors. Additionally, bidders must complete a State of Texas HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) as part of their bid submission. Failure to submit the HSP will result in automatic disqualification.
