Dallas Love Field Security System Support and Maintenance

Background
The Department of Aviation (DOA) of the City of Dallas is seeking qualified proposers to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and expansion services for the integrated security systems and infrastructure at Dallas Love Field Airport. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continued functionality and enhancement of security measures over a period of sixty (60) months, with two (2) one-year renewal options. The awarded proposer will also be responsible for supporting any future security technologies that may be implemented during the contract term.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive support and maintenance services including:

1. **Access Control System (ACS)**: Preventive maintenance and break/fix support for access control infrastructure, including card readers, controllers, system servers, door contacts, and door frames; software updates; integration with other security platforms; support for Microsoft SQL Server database environments.

2. **Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM)**: Maintenance for video badging and credentialing systems; support for fingerprint processing components and credential printing systems.

3. **Access-Controlled Doors and Hardware**: Support for mechanical and electronic components; service for Dormakaba systems; installation and upgrades as needed.

4. **Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)**: Full lifecycle support for CCTV systems including camera hardware, cabling, recording equipment; maintenance of Milestone Video Management System (VMS).

5. **Security Intercom System**: Support for intercom stations and integration with ACS or CCTV systems; installation of new intercom units as requested.

6. **Network Infrastructure**: Installation and testing of security-related cabling per TIA/EIA standards; compliance with airport IT standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of sixty (60) months with two (2) optional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at Dallas Love Field Airport, with potential services at all locations within the Dallas Airport System.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with City of Dallas IT, TSA cybersecurity, and NIST standards; disclose subcontractors' compliance with security standards; have direct experience with exit lane breach control systems, Milestone VMS, IntelliSoft or equivalent software; be licensed for electronic security and low voltage work in Texas; ensure personnel are eligible for security clearance and TSA-required checks.
