CSP #3344-26 Classroom Audio Visual Refresh Project

Background
The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is issuing a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) for the Classroom Audio Visual Refresh Project as part of its 2023 Bond program. The goal of this contract is to enhance educational facilities by providing new audio-visual technology, thereby supporting the district's mission to deliver quality education to its students.

Work Details
The project involves the provision and installation of 1,150 new audio-visual displays and related equipment, along with the removal of existing equipment. Vendors are required to deliver the removed displays and equipment to the LISD Warehouse located at 1565 W Main St., Lewisville, TX 75067. Specific equipment specifications must be adhered to, although vendors may propose alternate or equivalent solutions.

Night work will be necessary while school is in session, with daytime work permitted during summer months. The estimated cost for this project is approximately $4,000,000.

Period of Performance
The estimated completion date for this project is August 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the Lewisville Independent School District, primarily involving delivery and installation at school facilities within the district.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit all required bid attachments including a W-9 form, Certificate of Insurance, and a completed Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties). Vendors are encouraged to respond fully regardless of sole source status. The contract may be awarded based on best value as determined by LISD.
