Background
The Texas Space Commission (TSC) is seeking to establish Texas as a national leader in space exploration and aerospace. To meet its legislative mandate, TSC requires a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that can efficiently manage stakeholder communications, streamline internal processes, and foster transparent engagement with the public.

The goal is to provide a CRM capable of recording, tracking, and analyzing all correspondence that enters and leaves the TSC, ensuring measurable improvements in analytics, public outreach, and workflow for staff.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide a CRM that meets the following deliverables:
1. Communication capabilities for various correspondence types (e.g., direct mail, online chats, emails) with demographic targeting for outreach.
2. Processing features to log and categorize incoming/outgoing correspondence intelligently.
3. Tracking systems for constituent communications and grant applications.
4. Integration with existing software and data sources while supporting legacy data migration.
5. Reporting tools for PIR compliance and legislative reports with customizable dashboards.
6. Economic development tools to manage business growth and grant lifecycle management.
7. Analytics to display trends in correspondence across demographics.
8. Connectivity allowing access across multiple devices for staff members in various locations.
9. Reliability to handle heavy workloads without issues, ensuring data protection and redundancy.
10. Governance features for access control based on job duties while ensuring security compliance with government standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the date of the last signature and terminate on August 31, 2026, with options for renewal up to three additional twelve-month periods through August 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Texas Space Commission located in Austin, TX.
