Background
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) of the State of Texas is soliciting bids for Crime Lab supplies. The DPS is responsible for ensuring public safety and providing law enforcement services across Texas. This solicitation aims to procure essential consumables that will assist in lab research, thereby supporting the agency's mission.

The contract will involve the provision of various Crime Lab supplies, including but not limited to:

- 5M Ammonium Formate Solution - 1 EA
- Captiva EMR-Lipid (3ml, 300mg, 100/pk) - 50 EA
- ESI-L Low Concentration Tuning Mix (100ml) - 1 EA
- Lint-free cloth (15/PK) - 1 EA
- Poroshell 120 PFP (2.1x100mm, 2.7um) - 5 EA
- Two-stage regulator (brass, 125psi, CGA580, 1/8in fitting) - 5 EA
- Blue screw caps with PTFE/red silicone septa (500pk) - 10 EA
- Front ferrule for quick connect/turn - 1 EA
- Quick Connect Capillary ST (0.12mm x 105mm InfinityLab) - 2 EA
- Ion Injector (180mm, 0.6mm ID, Dielectric) - 2 EA
- A-Line E-crimper for Lithium Battery caps (20mm caps) - 1 EA.

Period of Performance
The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document or purchase order and expires one year from that effective date.

Place of Performance
The supplies will be delivered to locations specified by the Department of Public Safety within Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of financial resources and ability to perform as required by the solicitation. They must submit a completed Application for Texas Identification Number and Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certifications (W-9). Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable state laws and regulations regarding procurement.
