Background
The City of Bryan is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified vendors to provide aviation fuel for Coulter Airfield. Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying Bulk Jet A and 100LL Aviation Fuels for storage and resale at Coulter Airfield located at 6120 E. State Hwy 21, Bryan, Texas. The vendor must ensure that the aviation fuel meets ASTM-D910 standards for 100LL and ASTM-D1655 standards for Jet A fuel.
The vendor will conduct safety inspections within 90 days of contract award, provide training to City personnel on fueling operations, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, the vendor must supply fuel quality/safety training for six airport personnel annually.
Pricing will be based on formula pricing linked to Platts Gulf Coast averages, with a fixed profit margin above the base cost. The vendor is required to provide credit card processing systems compatible with existing infrastructure at no charge.
Period of Performance
The contract will remain firm for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of award, with the possibility of extending for four (4) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

Bidder Requirements
