Contracted Educational Services and Professional Development Services

This solicitation requests proposals for Contracted Educational Services and Professional Development Services. The work of the contract includes providing these services as specified in Request for Proposal #25-07-2010RFP. Proposals may be submitted for any or all items listed in the solicitation. The contract period for proposal submission is open on a continual basis through June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. All proposals will be publicly opened at 12510 Windfern Rd, Houston, TX 77064, and bidders are invited to attend the opening at the specified date and time. The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) is the requesting entity for this contract. CFISD reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the district, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. This ongoing solicitation is part of CFISD's efforts to secure qualified vendors for educational and professional development services. If your company previously submitted a proposal for RFPs #21-07-2010RFP, #22-07-2010RFP, #23-07-2010RFP, or #24-07-2010RFP for Contracted Educational Services and Professional Development Services, you do not need to respond to this proposal. However, you must submit an updated Electronic Conflict of Interest Questionnaire electronically, dated on or after July 1, 2025, at https://app02.cfisd.net/ciq/index.aspx. All bids and proposals must be submitted electronically via the eBid system. New vendors are required to register on eBid. Responses to all bids and proposals will be made available to registered suppliers in the eBid system. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the eBid system for any addenda issued on any bid.
