Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a Bid Bond of at least five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price from a reliable surety company. A Payment Bond is required for contracts exceeding $50,000.00 and a Performance Bond for contracts above $100,000.00.

Bidders must also demonstrate relevant experience through previous projects and submit documentation regarding their litigation history.
