Background
The Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking proposals for Concrete Pavement and Sidewalk services at the Eagle Mountain Office Compound. The goal of this contract is to enhance the infrastructure of the office compound through the installation of concrete pavement and sidewalks, ensuring durability and compliance with local standards.
Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1) Construction of 5,122 square feet of reinforced 6" thick concrete pavement/parking area;
2) Construction of 118 square feet of reinforced 4" thick concrete sidewalk;
3) Removal of 452 linear feet of raised concrete curbing and installation of 452 linear feet of reinforced flat concrete curbing using 3500 PSI concrete (no fly ash), with number four (4) rebar on 12” centers;
4) Medium broom finish with control joints every 10’ on the sidewalk and every 20’ on the pavement.
The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials and labor, performing final grading, backfilling as needed, hauling off debris, and completing site cleanup. A minimum of five years of similar experience is required, along with three successfully completed projects demonstrating this experience.

The project must be completed by September 14, 2026.
