Concrete & Asphalt Paving Construction

The work requested under this contract involves providing Concrete & Asphalt Paving Construction services, which will be procured on an "as needed" basis throughout the contract period. These services are being solicited by the Fort Worth Independent School District (Fort Worth ISD), which is seeking qualified vendors to fulfill its paving construction requirements. This contract opportunity, identified as Opportunity ID: 25-077, is established to ensure the district has access to reliable concrete and asphalt paving construction services as needed. The contract period will begin from the date of award and continue through June 30, 2027. Additionally, Fort Worth ISD reserves the right to extend the contract for up to three (3) additional years, in one (1) year increments. At the conclusion of the performance period, the district may further extend the RFP for up to 120 days if it is deemed in the district's best interest to ensure continued availability of products and/or services. All purchase orders issued during this time will be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. Interested vendors must submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the solicitation. All submissions should comply with the specified requirements and timelines to be considered for award.
