CONCESSION SERVICES AT CITY PARKS & FACILITIES (Date Extended)

Work Requested:
The City of Duncanville is seeking proposals for the furnishing and operation of food and drink concession services at multiple city locations. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing and managing concession operations at the following sites:

• Duncanville Fieldhouse
• Armstrong Park
• Duncanville Splashpad Concession Stand
• Harrington Park Soccer Concession Stand
• Harrington Park Baseball Concession Stand

The scope of work includes:

• Supplying all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies
• Providing all required labor
• Securing and maintaining all permits, insurance, and licenses needed to operate the concessions
• Delivering goods and services in strict accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP)

The City is extending the proposal submission date to accommodate an in-person pre-proposal meeting scheduled for March 5, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. This extension ensures all interested parties have the opportunity to attend and gather necessary information for their proposals.

Contract Requirements:
The successful respondent must enter into a contract with the City of Duncanville and will be required to:

• Furnish all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for concession operations
• Provide all labor for the operation of the concession stands
• Obtain and maintain all required permits, insurance, and licenses
• Comply with all instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions as set forth in the RFP
