The contractor will perform revenue cycle and coding-related audit services, which include:
- Conducting initial probe audits within 14 business days of receipt.

- Submitting a complete audit packet within 14 business days that includes an Audit Worksheet, Final Review Result Summary, and recommended Corrective Action Plan.

Audits will follow specific policies and procedures provided by the Compliance and Ethics Department.
Period of Performance
The contract has a base term of three years with an option for one additional two-year extension.
