Background
The Austin Independent School District (AISD) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified firms for infrastructure renovations at Garcia Young Men’s Leadership Academy (YMLA). This project is part of the 2017 and 2022 Bond Programs, aimed at enhancing educational facilities. The estimated construction budget for this project is $5,500,000.00.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- structural remediation
- HVAC improvements
- building repairs
- interior renovations.
These renovations are intended to improve the overall functionality and safety of the educational environment at Garcia YMLA.

The work will be performed at Garcia Young Men’s Leadership Academy located in Austin, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with various procurement policies as outlined by AISD, including ethical conduct during the bidding process.
