Background

Bidders must submit a Certificate of Insurance meeting the City's standard coverages upon contract signature.
Additionally, an Affidavit of No Prohibited Interest, Conflict of Interest statement, Bidders Qualification Statement, and Supplemental Information are required as part of the proposal submission.
