Background
The City of College Station, Texas, is seeking proposals for the construction of a new building as part of the College Station Utilities Operations Expansion project. This initiative aims to enhance the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) capabilities by providing additional office and workspace facilities. The goal is to support the city's mission of maintaining efficient utility operations.

Work Details
The project involves the construction of a 4,500 square foot single-story building located at 1601 Graham Road. The new facility will include:
- Offices
- Work room
- Secure storage
- Break area
- Conference room
- Restrooms
- Electrical and mechanical rooms
- IDF (Intermediate Distribution Frame) room
- Janitor closet

The contractor is required to conduct bi-weekly on-site project meetings with the City of College Station's Project Manager and Inspector throughout the construction phase. All roadway and utility construction must adhere to B/CS United 2020 Standard Details and Specifications. The contractor is responsible for traffic control during construction and must maintain all drainage features. Additionally, they must provide an Erosion Control Plan in compliance with TPDES regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract requires substantial completion within 365 calendar days from the start date. Work hours are restricted to between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

The construction will take place at 1601 Graham Road, College Station, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a 5% bid security along with their proposals. They are also required to provide various submittals for approval prior to beginning work, including:

- Concrete Mix Design and Materials.
