College and Career Readiness School Models Technical Assistance

Background
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide statewide technical assistance and leadership for the Texas College and Career Readiness School Models (CCRSM) network with the goal of preparing students for college, career, or military success. This procurement is authorized by CCRSM general Appropriations Act, Article III, Rider 58, 88th Texas Legislature, 2023.

Work Details
The awarded contractor will provide support, leadership, and guidance through technical assistance for a growing network of CCRSM leaders of planning, provisional, designated, designated with distinctions, and designated-needs improvement ECHS and P-TECH and campuses. The contractor will implement innovative strategies for providing a robust model of support to campuses in the CCRSM network anchored in six goals: developing a strategy for successfully launching and scaling CCRSM programs; providing targeted and stratified technical assistance to support and maintain CCRSMs; improving the fidelity of implementation to the CCRSM blueprints; equipping CCRSM leaders from campuses, districts, institutes of higher education, business and industry; evaluating the effectiveness of the technical assistance provided to the CCRSM network; conducting longitudinal research to create an impact study of student outcomes.

Period of Performance
The term of any resulting contract shall be from contract execution to August 31, 2029. All contracts are subject to appropriation of funds by the Texas Legislature.

Place of Performance
Statewide technical assistance and leadership will be provided for the Texas College and Career Readiness School Models (CCRSM) network.
