CNS Uniforms Services and Equipment

Background
The Lyford Consolidated Independent School District (LCISD) is seeking proposals for Uniforms Services and Equipment to support its operational needs.
The goal of this contract is to provide necessary uniforms and related equipment for the district's staff and students, ensuring compliance with their standards and requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of uniforms services and equipment, which may consist of various types of clothing and accessories required by the district.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a term of two years, with an option to renew for two additional two-year periods if deemed beneficial for LCISD.

Place of Performance
The services and equipment will be delivered to the Lyford CISD Media Center located at 8180 Simon Gomez Rd., Lyford, Texas 78569.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific certifications such as HUB or Minority Owned Business status.
They are also required to submit proof of insurance and/or workers' compensation if applicable.
Additionally, bidders must ensure that they have the necessary experience, qualifications, stock, and facilities to fulfill the contract requirements.
