CNS Cafeteria Tables

Background
The Midland Independent School District (MISD) is seeking a vendor to deliver and install cafeteria tables for Child Nutrition Services (CNS) at selected schools. The contract will be for one year with options to renew for two additional years. The goal is to provide necessary equipment to enhance the dining experience for students across multiple locations within the district.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering and installing cafeteria tables at five or more designated schools within Midland ISD. The vendor must also handle the removal of any waste materials or debris resulting from the delivery, assembly, and installation process.

Specific products required include:
- 375 units of SICO America, Inc 6' unit 3-in-1 ConverTable or approved equal, with laminate top and bench color to be determined.
- 32 units of SICO America, Inc Graduate Oval 1 or approved equal, seating capacity of 8 stools, dimensions 60”L x 54”W.
- 90 units of SICO America, Inc BY-65 Bench Table or approved equal, 12-foot length seating up to 16 children or 12 adults.
- 20 units of 46” Round Expanded Metal Outdoor Table or approved equal, black with four concave seats.

All bids must include freight, delivery, installation, and any applicable fees. Vendors must provide warranty documentation and are encouraged to submit proposals that include visual color swatches and design details.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is set for one year with options for two additional one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Delivery and installation will occur at various schools within the Midland Independent School District in Midland, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of liability insurance coverage including $1 million per occurrence and general aggregate coverage. Workers' compensation insurance is also required as per Texas law. Bidders should identify any subcontractors involved in the project and ensure they meet all insurance requirements.
