Background
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is seeking qualifications for a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) to provide Pre-Construction and construction management services for the TFC INS Demolition & New Building - Office of the Governor located at 1100 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin, TX 78701.
This project, designated as TFC Project #25-031-3105, aims to demolish the existing TFC Insurance building and construct a new multi-story office building to house approximately 450 employees.
The project will be administered by TFC and follows the Construction Manager-at-Risk Method as outlined in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Demolition of the existing TFC Insurance building.
2. Rerouting and maintaining existing utility lines and infrastructure.
