Cloud Solutions and Related Services

Background
The Education Service Center, Region 10 (Region 10 ESC) is seeking proposals for Cloud Solutions and Related Services on behalf of itself and the national Equalis membership. The goal of this contract is to procure cloud solutions that will benefit educational institutions and other public agencies. The Region 10 ESC Board of Directors may award the proposal to one or more vendors, with the right to reject all proposals if deemed necessary.

Work Details
The awarded vendor(s) will provide Cloud Solutions and Related Services, which include but are not limited to: timely and accurate technical advice, sales support to Region 10 ESC staff, Equalis Group staff, and participating agencies. The vendor must respond to requests within one working day. The contract will also involve compliance with cooperative purchasing agreements established under state procurement law. This ensures that all prices, terms, warranties, and benefits granted are comparable or better than those offered to any current customer meeting similar qualifications.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon award on March 1, 2026, and will remain in effect for three years until February 28, 2029. Region 10 ESC has the option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations as designated by participating members of Region 10 ESC across Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must maintain all required federal, state, and local licenses throughout the contract duration. They are required to disclose any debarment or suspension actions taken against them within the last five years. Additionally, vendors must provide comprehensive public liability insurance with limits of not less than $1 million per occurrence before commencing services.
