5. Cleaning and sealing of concrete pavement cracks ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" width.
Period of Performance
The construction work is expected to commence within ten (10) days after receiving a written Notice to Proceed from the Engineer and must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days thereafter.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed in the Northshire Subdivision and Lakeland Subdivision within the City of Humble, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond, payment bond, and maintenance bond equal to 100% of the total contract price.
