Background
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is issuing this solicitation for Circuit Breakers as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance the state's infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to procure essential electrical components that meet the operational needs of TxDOT, ensuring reliability and safety in transportation systems.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of various circuit breakers, load centers, boxes, and panelboards. Specific items include:

1. One (1) 800-amp GE breaker with rating plug and lug kit (Part Number: SKLL3608L4XX).
2. One (1) 150-amp GE breaker with rating plug and lug kit (Part Number: SGHC3601L3XX).
3. One (1) 400-amp GE breaker with rating plug and lug kit (Part Number: SGLL3604L3XX).
4. One (1) 250-amp GE rating plug for the 400-amp breaker SGLL3604L3XX (Part Number: SRPG400B250).

All items are to be shipped to Stassney HQ - Main located at 6230 East Stassney Lane, Austin TX 78744.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to commence upon award on April 21, 2025, and will continue as specified in the contract terms.

Place of Performance
All products are to be delivered to Stassney HQ - Main at 6230 East Stassney Lane, Austin TX 78744, United States.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations including those related to licensing and insurance. Additionally, bidders must be registered on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) to be eligible for consideration. Compliance with Texas Family Code §231.006 regarding child support obligations is also required.
