Description

The Cityof Waco is soliciting proposals for the China Spring Park Project, located at5201 Flat Rock Road in Waco, Texas, focusing on the first phase of developmenton 50-acres within the total 85-acre site. This initial development will address corepark development (pavilion, restroom, splashpad and playground) with both aconcrete trail and a soft surface natural trail. This new community park willprovide residents with enhanced opportunities for outdoor recreation, fitness,and social connectivity, aligning with the City of Waco's mission to fostervibrant, accessible spaces for all.


Background
The City of Waco is soliciting proposals for the China Spring Park Project, located at 5201 Flat Rock Road in Waco, Texas. This project focuses on the first phase of development on 50 acres within a total 85-acre site. The initial development will include core park facilities such as a pavilion, restroom, splash pad, and playground.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Core park development: pavilion, restroom, splash pad, playground.

Period of Performance
The project is desired to be completed and available for occupancy and use by Fall 2026.
