Central Receiving Distribution Center - CRDC

DFW is seeking proposals for the operation of its Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC), a next-generation facility designed to manage, secure, and distribute goods destined for airport terminals. The CRDC will primarily function as a pass-through facility with limited storage capacity, encompassing an estimated 60,000 to 100,000 square feet of operational space. The goal is to consolidate receiving and distribution activities under a single, well-managed operation to enhance security, optimize terminal logistics, minimize passenger disruption, and advance DFW's sustainability objectives. This solicitation is issued by DFW in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable. The contract term will be ten (10) years. The contract includes a Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation goal of 15%. Interested parties must submit questions by 08/08/2025.
