The City of Lubbock, through its Community Development department, is seeking qualified vendors to conduct a Lead Based Paint Inspection and Risk Assessment for a single-family residential home. Work Details
The contractor will perform a comprehensive Lead Based Paint Inspection and Risk Assessment at the specified address (32161 St Pl, Lubbock, TX 79415). The work includes:
1. Drawing and layout of the house with measurements of each room.
2. Dust wipe sampling from each room's floor and window sills using an NLLAP accredited laboratory.
