Catalog Contract for EDUCATIONAL CONTRACTED SERVICES & MATERIALS

Round Rock Independent School District is seeking bid responses for the provision of Educational Contracted Services and Materials. The contract work involves supplying educational services and materials as specified in the solicitation documents. Awards will be granted to multiple vendors incrementally throughout the solicitation period, with vendors encouraged to submit their proposals as early as possible. As proposals are received, they will be opened, reviewed, and evaluated according to the criteria set forth in this solicitation. The district will accept or reject proposals and make awards on a rolling basis during the open solicitation period, with awards being made upon acceptance of a proposal response. This solicitation is issued by the Round Rock Independent School District. It is important to note that this contract replaces contract 22-019, which expires on 06/30/2023. All vendors who wish to continue doing business with the district must respond to this new RFP (Opportunity ID: 24-019). Failure to submit a response will affect your eligibility to continue business with the district. Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit their responses electronically, as this method is more efficient and reduces the likelihood of errors. However, hard copy submissions are also accepted if necessary. In the case of a hard copy submission, vendors must download, complete, and sign the bid invitation document and include it in their response. All responses, whether electronic or hard copy, must be received by the Purchasing Department staff before the specified close date and time.
