Carr Park and Mills Drive Drainage Improvements

Background
The City of Euless is issuing this solicitation for the construction of drainage improvements at Carr Park and Mills Drive.
The project aims to address erosion issues along a creek that threatens properties in the area, ensuring the safety and stability of the land while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings.

Work Details
The project includes:
1. **605 and 607 West Euless Boulevard**:
- Removal of large concrete debris from the creek.
- Bank restoration, erosion control, and bank stabilization.
- Installation of approximately 250 linear feet of gabion baskets, concrete walls, or equivalent erosion control measures to stabilize the banks.

2. **914 S. Mills Drive and 711 W. Mills Drive**:
- Removal of large concrete debris from outfalls at the western edge of backyards where significant erosion has caused structural failure.
- Saw-cutting existing outfalls to create a clean edge for improved aesthetics.
- Installation of approximately two 20-linear-foot sections of gabion baskets, concrete walls, or equivalent erosion control measures to stabilize the banks.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed by June 12th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Carr Park and along Mills Drive in Euless, Texas.
