Work Requested:
Conroe Independent School District (Conroe ISD) is seeking proposals for the purchase of Career Technical Education (CTE) instructional supplies and equipment. The primary goal is to establish a shelf or catalog discount for district-wide purchases, enabling campuses and departments to order CTE items in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis.

• Vendors must offer a shelf or catalog discount applicable to district-wide purchases.
• Purchases will typically be made in small quantities and on an as-needed basis by any campus or department.
• Vendors must read and comply with all Special Conditions and bid terms outlined in the RFP.

Instructions on Submission:

• All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Conroe ISD eBid system.
• Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Beatriz Blanco, Buyer, via the questions and answers tab.
• The district will accept proposals continually from the issue date of the RFP until it closes at 10:00 a.m. CST on October 7, 2026.

Additional Information:

• Vendors who were only awarded on the following bids, which expire before the next solicitation, must respond to this RFP to continue doing business with Conroe ISD: RFP# 20-12-04, RFP# 21-08-03, RFP# 22-01-04, and RFP# 22-08-03.
• Vendors awarded on the following bids do not need to respond to this RFP, as their awards remain valid: RFP# 23-01-05, RFP# 23-08-01, RFP# 24-01-09, and RFP# 25-06-04.
