Cafeteria Food Serving Line Decoration Kits

Dallas ISD is seeking proposals for the provision of curriculum and holiday-themed supplies intended for use in school cafeterias. The scope of work includes supplying a variety of items such as wall, door, ceiling, and table decorations, as well as stickers, pencils, and novelty toys for student giveaways. These items will be sourced from multiple vendors and delivered to the Food & Child Nutrition Services - Maria Luna Food Facilities Warehouse for district-wide use on an 'as needed' basis. All vendors are encouraged to participate, including sole source providers. This solicitation is issued by Dallas ISD in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2CFR) Part 200, as well as requirements from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The purpose is to procure vendors who can provide goods purchased by Dallas ISD using federal dollars. The resulting contract may be utilized for local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs. The contract will have an initial term of one (1) year, with the possibility of two (2) additional one (1) year extensions, based on the District's long-range needs and mutual consent, not to exceed a total of three (3) years. Any extension of the contract requires mutual agreement between the awarded vendor and the District. Either party wishing not to renew must provide written notice to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the current contract term. If the District does not exercise the option to renew in a timely manner, all remaining renewal options will expire and terminate. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 07/16/2025.
