BVB Alazan Creek Siphon Cleaning & Inspection

The work of this contract involves the cleaning and inspection of the Alazan Creek Siphon. Bids are being requested for the provision of all goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services necessary to complete this project as detailed in the solicitation. The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is the entity requesting these services. The background for this contract is the need for cleaning and inspection services for the Alazan Creek Siphon to ensure its continued operation and maintenance. Contract requirements specify that all bids must be received either electronically or as a sealed bid in the Purchasing Office by the date and time specified in the solicitation. Sealed bids that are mailed or delivered must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director of Purchasing, and clearly marked with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name on the outside of the envelope. These should be mailed or hand delivered to: San Antonio Water System, Purchasing Department, 2800 US Highway 281 North, Administration Building, 5th Floor, San Antonio, TX 78212. Electronic bids will not be accepted after the specified date and time. Any sealed bids received late will be returned unopened and will not be considered in the evaluation process. The bidder agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish all items at the prices and under the terms and conditions stated in the specifications.
