The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting quotes for the supply of various Buna products. The scope of work includes the provision and delivery of these products, with all pricing to include shipping and freight costs (F.O.B. Destination). Each item listed in the solicitation will be awarded to the bidder who submits the overall lowest qualified bid, taking into account both the base year and any extensions, if applicable. SAWS reserves the right to award the entire request for quote (RFQ) to a single source. This solicitation is issued by the San Antonio Water System, located at 2800 U.S. Hwy. 281 North, San Antonio, TX 78212. The background of this contract is to secure a reliable supplier for various Buna products required by SAWS, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing. Contract requirements specify that all terms and conditions of the RFQ and any resulting contract will be in accordance with DIR, if applicable. If a DIR quote is not submitted, the terms and conditions outlined in the document found on the 'Attachments Tab' will apply to the RFQ and the resultant purchase order. Shipping and freight must be included in the quoted pricing. For submission, electronic quotes must be submitted by the specified date and time; late quotes will not be considered in the evaluation process.
