The Cooperative aims to streamline the procurement process by providing access to awarded contracts for these services.

Work Details
The contract will encompass various types of Building Plan Review, Inspection, and Code Compliance Services. Vendors are expected to provide discounts off catalog or price lists for these services. The proposal must include detailed information about the services offered, including wages, benefits, insurance, travel costs, and any necessary equipment or supplies for personnel conducting on-site inspections and reviews.

Vendors must ensure that all personnel assigned to projects are qualified and licensed to perform the required tasks. Period of Performance
