3. Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors as needed; vacuum carpeted areas weekly.
4. Monthly/Semi-Annual Cleaning: Clean interior glass panels monthly; dust high ledges and doorframes monthly; strip and wax vinyl composition tile floors every six months.
5. The contractor must provide all cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols including maintaining a neat janitor closet and notifying DPS of any maintenance issues.
Period of Performance
The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document (or purchase order contract) and expires five years from that effective date. There may be options for renewal or extension based on performance.
