Bonnet For Valve

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking quotes for the supply and delivery of bonnets for valves. The scope of work requires that all pricing provided must include delivery and freight charges, with shipping costs incorporated into the quoted price (F.O.B. Destination). Each item will be awarded to the bidder who submits the overall lowest qualified bid, considering both the base year and any applicable extensions. SAWS reserves the right to award this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to a single source. The terms and conditions governing this RFQ and any resulting contract will be in accordance with DIR regulations if applicable. If a DIR quote is not submitted, the terms and conditions outlined in the document available on the 'Attachments Tab' will apply to the RFQ and any resultant Purchase Order. Quotes must be submitted electronically before the specified deadline; late submissions will not be considered in the evaluation process.
